Kelly's has a well stocked inventory of common and hard to find parts for a wide range of vehicle brands and models. We also stock some parts particular to certain industries such as conveyor parts, trailer parts, lift gate parts, tow truck parts, rollup door parts for Todco and Whiting, a wide selection of alternators and starters, fuel pumps, water pumps, fuel shutoff solenoids, air brake and hydraulic brake parts.

Because we work on school buses, transit buses, and ambulances, we have a wide range of specialty parts for these types vehicles.

Needles to say, we stock a lot of belts and filters. More filters and belts than the average Napa Auto Parts Store.

We use the latest on-line sources for parts lookup; whether it's Napa parts, OEM parts for:

BERING, BLUE BIRD, CHEVROLET, FORD, FREIGHTLINER, GMC, HINO, INTERNATIONAL, ISUZU, IVECO, KENWORTH, MACK, MCI, MERCEDES-BENZ, MITSUBISHI-FUSO, OTTAWA, PETERBILT, SPARTAN, STERLING, THOMAS, UD/NISSAN, VOLVO, WHITE/GMC, WESTERN STAR

or on of the suppliers to these OEM's (see our PRODUCT INDEX), specialty equipment manufacturer for off-road equipment; one of the major engine companies such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel; one of the transmission or differential suppliers such as Allison, Clark, Eaton, Fuller, Rockwell, Spicer, or ZF; we have the resources and experience to find the parts needed.

We are a Napa Truck Service Center and have access to the NapaProLink on-line catalog system. This gives us instant access to our local Napa Store and their warehouse inventory availability and pricing. By the way, our local Napa Automotive Center is General Auto Parts in Oakland, California. They are reported to be the largest Napa Store in the USA. They pull the few things they don't stock, from warehouses in Sacramento and Fresno, California, overnight.

We are a Freightliner Corporation Target Customer which means we have access to purchasing not only Freightliner parts but a huge selection of over 300 major vendors of Freightliner parts. We use the same cataloging system on-line that our local Freightliner Dealer, Golden Gate Truck Center, uses, and we buy direct from seven (7) Freightliner warehouses located in: Reno, Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta, Bridgeport, Toronto, and Calgary.

We subscribe to Cummins QuickServ, Caterpillar SIS, and Detroit Diesel Direct on-line systems. This allows us to lookup these manufacturers engine parts and technical service bulletins. Again, having direct access to parts and service information means faster and more accurate results when researching your vehicle parts and service needs.

We use an on-line subscription service, FleetCross, to find every possible source of parts to fit your vehicle. As an example: it doesn't matter if Ford built the truck. Someone sold the parts to Ford. We can usually interchange, through FleetCross, to the original manufacturer and not just utilize the local inventory of our excellent Ford Truck Dealer, East Bay Ford Truck Center, to get your parts same day, but we can and do check every possible Northern California source for same day delivery or pickup of that part. If we cannot find it locally then we fly the darn thing in for installation next day. We don't wait for results like the factory authorized repair shops, we get on it and find it, we get it and install it. That is our promise; That is our service.

We can give our customers very accurate and timely quotes because we have access to all the above resources on-line and real time. So our pricing is very quick and up-to-date.

The bottom line is; our parts and service people work together, as a team, to get your vehicle back on the road. Parts can always be a big hang-up on timely repairs. But we find it. Purchase it. Will call or ship it. We get it done so your job is done. Period.
