Kelly's has a well stocked inventory of common and hard to find parts for a wide range of vehicle brands and models. In addition to our selection of alternators and starters, fuel pumps, water pumps, air brake parts, and hydraulic brake parts, we stock parts particular to certain industries and equipment such as conveyor parts, trailer parts, lift gate parts, tow truck parts, rollup door parts for Todco and Whiting.
We stock a wide selection of belts and filters; more filters and belts than the average Napa Auto Parts Store.
We use the latest on-line sources for parts lookup; whether it's aftermarket brands, OEM parts, or any of the suppliers to these OEM's.
We stock many parts for the major engine manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Mercedes-Benz, Isuzu, IHC/Navistar, Ford, Volvo, Mack, Mitsubishi, or Hino.
We stock parts for several of the transmission and axle suppliers such as Allison, Clark, Eaton, Fuller, Hendrickson, Rockwell, Mercedes-Benz, Spicer, or ZF; we have the resources and experience to find the parts needed.
We are a Napa Truck Service Center and have access to the NapaProLink on-line cataloging system. This gives us instant access to our local Napa Store and their warehouse inventory availability and pricing. Napa can supply us with the few things they don't stock, from warehouses in Sacramento and Fresno, California, overnight.
We work with suppliers such as Fleetpride who also have warehousing located in California for overnight delivery.
We are a Freightliner Corporation Target Customer which means we have access to purchasing not only Freightliner parts but a huge selection of over 300 major vendors of Freightliner parts (all suppliers to the OEM's). We use the same cataloging system on-line that our local Freightliner Dealer, Golden Gate Truck Center, uses, and we buy direct from seven Freightliner warehouses located in: Reno, Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta, Bridgeport, Toronto, and Calgary (ground 5 days - overnight air freight before 8:30 AM - next day air on Saturdays).
We subscribe to Cummins QuickServ, Caterpillar SIS, and Detroit Diesel Direct on-line systems. This allows us to lookup these manufacturers engine parts and technical service bulletins. Again, having direct access to parts and service information means faster and more accurate results when researching your vehicle parts and service needs.
We use an on-line subscription service, FleetCross, to find every possible source of parts to fit your vehicle. As an example: it doesn't matter if Ford built the truck. Someone sold the parts to Ford. We can usually interchange, through FleetCross, to the original manufacturer and not just utilize the inventory of our local Ford Truck Dealer to get your parts same day. We check every possible Northern California source for same day will call or delivery of your part. If we cannot find it locally then we fly the part in for next day installation. We don't wait for results like the factory authorized repair shops; we find it, we get it, and we install it. That is our promise. That is our service.
The bottom line is; our parts and service people work together, as a team, to get your vehicle back on the road. Parts can always be a big hang-up on timely repairs. But we find it, purchase it, and install as soon as possible. We get it done so your vehicle is ready to go.
